Exclusive Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped exclusively via Australia Post (AusPost). No third-party couriers or alternative shipping providers will be used for any domestic or international orders.

1. Shipping Coverage & Service Scope

We provide Australia Post shipping services for both Australian domestic orders and international orders worldwide. All travel adapter parcels are processed and dispatched in full compliance with Australia Post official shipping standards, packaging requirements and dimensional weight regulations.
Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide): Covers all Australian states, territories and regional remote areas, including metro, rural and remote postal zones.
International Shipping: Ships to most countries and regions globally via Australia Post International Standard service, covering over 220 international destinations.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, Australian national public holidays and AusPost official suspension days).
Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. No same-day dispatch is guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

3.1 Australian Domestic Delivery

  • Metro Areas: 3-6 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

3.2 International Delivery

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–15 business days
  • Note: International delivery times are estimated and may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, local postal delays, public holidays or extreme weather conditions, which are beyond our control.

4. Parcel Specification & Packaging Standard

All travel adapter packages strictly comply with Australia Post parcel size and weight regulations to ensure smooth transit and delivery:
  • Max Domestic Parcel Limit: Maximum weight 22kg, maximum single side length 105cm, maximum volume 0.25 cubic meters
  • Max International Parcel Limit: Maximum weight 20kg, maximum single side length 105cm
  • Packaging: All items are packed with durable corrugated cartons and protective padding, conforming to Australian Standard AS1520, to prevent damage, scratch or deformation of travel adapters during transportation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched via Australia Post, avalid AusPost tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email/order message. You can track real-time parcel status on the official Australia Post website or mobile app.
Tracking updates are synchronized with Australia Post official data, including dispatch, transit, customs clearance (international orders) and delivery confirmation status.

6. International Customs & Duties

All international shipments will be attached with official customs declaration documents (CN22/CN23 labels as required by Australia Post). We will accurately declare the product name (Travel Power Adapter), quantity, weight, commodity value and country of origin for customs clearance.
Import duties, taxes and clearance fees incurred by destination countries are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not cover any international customs charges, delayed delivery fees caused by customs inspection or rejection.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated based on parcel weight, destination and Australia Post official real-time postage standard. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before order payment.
We offer regular free shipping promotions for qualified orders (terms subject to current store activity rules).

8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If the parcel is returned due to incorrect recipient address, unreachable contact information, recipient rejection or long-term unclaimed pickup, buyers shall bear the return shipping fee and secondary delivery cost. We will reship the order only after additional postage is paid.
For parcels lost or severely damaged during Australia Post transit, we will assist buyers to file official claims with Australia Post and provide relevant shipping certificates and order documents.

9. Service Exclusions & Liability Statement

We only undertake shipping arrangement via official Australia Post services. All transit rules, delivery standards, compensation clauses and delay regulations are subject to Australia Post official terms and conditions.
We are not liable for delivery delays, parcel detention, loss or damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to: extreme weather, natural disasters, national postal service suspension, customs policy adjustment, epidemic control measures and other uncontrollable factors.

10. Policy Update Right

We reserve the right to update this shipping policy in accordance with Australia Post service adjustment and store operation requirements. Updated terms will take effect immediately after being published on the official store page.
